Texas Mobile Notary Public's Notaries are not attorneys or a law office; we are not licensed to practice law in Texas and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. Under the Texas Admin. Code 87.43, A Notary Public is prohibited by law to act in the capacity of an attorney, give advice in preparing legal documents, issue identification cards, distribute confidential information or perform any notatarial act unless the signer is present.

Why do you need a Notary?

What do you need to have when you meet with us?

In order to have legal effect, certain documents must be notarized. Due to the significance of these legal documents, state governments have deemed it necessary to enlist trained individuals to handle their notarization. These trained individuals are known as public notaries and aid the public in notarizing legal documents.

Types Of Documents That May Require Notarization:

Loans and Refinances

Wills

Trusts

Deeds

Contracts

Affidavits

Be Prepared For Your Notary Visit

Please bring a valid government issued photo ID with you when you meet with our notary in order for your documents to be properly notarized.

Depending on the document that you need notarized, you may require a witness in addition to a photo ID for the notarization. For more information on if you will need a witness present at the time of the notarization, please give us a call.

If you have any additional questions about preparing for your notarization, please feel free to fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page, or give us a call.
